Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantees Policy (Research / Testing Use Only)
All products and services sold by Rowow LLC are provided strictly for research, development, and testing purposes only and are sold AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
All Sales Final — No Returns / No Refunds / No Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind, incorrect ordering, or ordering the wrong item
- Incompatibility with your project, chemistry, setup, or application
- Dissatisfaction with performance, results, yields, purity, or expected outcomes
- User error, improper installation, improper assembly, improper operation, or misuse
- Improper storage or handling (including contamination, dehydration/drying of membranes, overheating, or exposure to incompatible solvents/chemicals)
- Normal wear, consumable use, or degradation from testing
- Delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier
No Warranty / No Guarantee
We make no guarantees regarding performance, results, durability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any application. No warranties apply, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limited Fulfillment Exception (No Refunds)
Refunds are not provided. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery for review.
To request review, email info@rowow.net with:
- Order number and purchaser name
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Clear photos of the outer box/packaging and internal packaging
- A photo of the shipping label/tracking information
- A brief description of the issue
If we verify damage in transit or a fulfillment error, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, reshipment, or another resolution. Any resolution (if offered) does not create a warranty or guarantee and does not convert the sale into a refundable transaction.
Shipping, Delivery, and Lost Packages
- Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once carrier tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to the Buyer.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with reasonable steps to help Buyer file a carrier claim when applicable, but refunds are not guaranteed and are not provided under this policy.
Refused / Returned-to-Sender Shipments
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to Buyer-provided address issues, failure to receive the package, or carrier/customer actions, Buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs and any applicable fees. Refunds are not provided.
Services (XRF / Consulting / Analysis)
All services are non-refundable once scheduled or performed. If rescheduling is requested, we may allow one reschedule at our discretion, subject to availability.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any issue, please contact us first at info@rowow.net. We maintain order and transaction records (including checkout acknowledgments, timestamps, and shipping/tracking documentation) and will provide appropriate documentation in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.
