What it covers
One rush fee covers the whole shipment, whatever the number of cups or objects in it.
How the clock runs
Results are emailed by the end of the same business day the package arrives and the order information is complete (sample IDs, material description and the elements you care about). If that target is missed, the $100 rush fee is refunded. The analysis price itself is not affected.
Before you ship
Same day service depends on the lab schedule, so email info@rowow.net with your expected delivery date before ordering and we will confirm it. Rush is not available on days the lab is closed for travel or events, and we will tell you if your date falls on one.
