Your site provides the safety systems and permits: a chlorine scrubber and exhaust, a continuous chlorine gas detector, PPE, eyewash and safety shower, permits for chlorine-evolving work, process chemicals bought locally (acid, salt and caustic) and framing for the containment area. We do not start the unit until the scrubber, exhaust and detector are working.
